PetCostumeAI Terms of Service

The Service

PetCostumeAI creates costume images and short silent videos from one cat or dog photo and a selected effect. Image effects currently use Nano Banana 2 through GRSAI; video effects use Seedance 2 Mini through Kie. You choose an image or video effect, upload your pet photo, and review the available settings and credit cost before generation. Processing is asynchronous; timing, pet likeness and creative quality can vary. Results are AI-generated and do not represent real events or endorsements.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or 600-Credit Pack, or submitting a generation task, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy.

Age, Accounts, and Upload Authorization

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information.

Before uploading, confirm that you have permission from each depicted person and the necessary rights to the media. Media depicting anyone under 18 may be uploaded only with permission from a parent or guardian. Do not upload media of celebrities or public figures. Permission to use a file does not by itself grant every right needed to use a person's likeness, voice, or other protected material.

Prohibited Use

Do not upload or create:

• pornography, sexually explicit material, or other NSFW content;
• violent, gory, cruel, or other extreme-violence content;
• hate speech, or discriminatory or degrading statements targeting groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or similar traits;
• unsafe content involving children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• deepfakes or content that impersonates another person; or
• content that infringes copyright or trademark rights.

Do not bypass payment, access controls, rate limits, or safety restrictions. Do not present AI output as authentic footage or an endorsement.

We may reject tasks, restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts to address abuse, rights complaints, security incidents, or legal requirements.

Your Content

You retain any rights you already hold in your prompts and media. You grant PetCostumeAI and the providers processing your task a limited license to store, transmit, and transform those materials only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the service. Using PetCostumeAI does not give us permission to publish your inputs or outputs in advertising.

AI output may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or similarities to other output. We do not guarantee uniqueness, intellectual-property protection, or rights to commercial use of third-party music, choreography, names, voices, or likenesses. Review your result and obtain any additional permissions before publishing it. If you add music when you post, use it under the license of the platform where you post.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payment

Paid checkout is temporarily unavailable while the payment integration is configured. The current catalog lists a one-time 600-Credit Pack for $9.90, a Creator monthly subscription for $29.99 with 3,000 credits per month, and a Pro monthly subscription for $59.99 with 7,000 credits per month. The pack's credits do not expire unless used or revoked following a full refund. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. The product, price, currency, billing interval, and included credits will be shown before checkout. Payments will be processed by the provider shown at checkout.

The 600-Credit Pack contains 600 permanent credits. A costume image costs 4 credits, and a costume video costs 500 credits. New accounts receive 4 signup credits, enough for one image. The credit cost appears before submission. Credits are account-specific, non-transferable, and are not cash. Credits granted for a subscription billing period expire at the end of that period. Pack credits do not expire unless they are used or revoked following a full refund of that purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the billing controls provided for your account. A cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The billing portal shows the scheduled date; if it differs from the current period end, contact support before confirming the cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment. See our Refund Policy for payment refunds and credit restoration.

A confirmed failed generation returns its charged credits once. If a submission has no upstream task ID and remains uncertain, it is treated as failed after 30 minutes and its credits are returned once. A task with an upstream ID continues to follow the upstream result; elapsed time alone does not make it fail or trigger a credit return. Restored credits keep the expiration of the credits originally used and do not extend a subscription period. Credit restoration is not a cash refund.

Availability and Responsibility

Processing depends on third-party generation-service capacity and technical conditions. We do not promise an exact completion time, a particular creative result, or permanent file storage. Download files you wish to keep within seven days of their creation. We may change or pause the service; contact support about a paid purchase affected by an interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and Contact
